All services are subject to availability, geographic service area, and scheduling capacity. The Company reserves the right to decline service requests at its discretion.
Appointments may be booked online through the Site or by calling 1-800-905-7115. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are the property owner or have the legal authority of the property owner to authorize work on the premises. The Company will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment windows but is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, traffic, weather, or prior job overruns. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any significant scheduling changes.
The Company provides written estimates prior to beginning any work. Estimates are based on the technician’s assessment of the work required at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the service process. The customer will be informed of any material price changes before additional work proceeds. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to late fees and collection procedures.
The Company stands behind its workmanship. Labor warranties are provided as described in the written service agreement provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer. Warranty coverage is void if the installed system is modified, misused, or serviced by unauthorized third parties following our installation or repair.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the water heater unit and surrounding work area. Customers must disclose any known issues with the property’s plumbing, gas lines, or electrical systems that may affect the service. Failure to disclose such information may limit warranty coverage or result in additional charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tankless Water Heater Install & Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or Site, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those specific services.
